In April 2022, Xiao Yabing officially joined the logistics department of E-DELON. Prior to this, she had long been engaged in clerical work and was good at word processing and data organization. However, the logistics position involves cross-departmental and cross-factory coordination, from small things like document verification to large things like cargo planning, which greatly tests communication, adaptability and sense of responsibility.
Upon entering her new position, Xiao Yabing was overwhelmed and anxious by the piles of documents, complex reports, and unfamiliar processes. She was often flustered and even considered giving up, facing numerous challenges in this entirely new field.

Just when she felt utterly helpless, her department manager offered her full understanding and support. Throughout her career, the guidance and example of her supervisor, General Manager Han, profoundly shaped Xiao Yabing's work mindset. In her daily work, Xiao Yabing often sought advice from General Manager Han on various issues such as document approval and cross-departmental coordination. General Manager Han always patiently answered her questions and actively coordinated various resources.
A data error that was not easily noticeable in a report was promptly discovered by General Manager Han. General Manager Han meticulously analyzed the root cause of the problem, guided her in setting up a multi-layered verification mechanism, and warned her: there are no small matters in logistics work, and documents and data are related to the flow of goods and the company's reputation, so it is imperative to ensure that nothing is wrong.
Taking this as an opportunity, Xiao Yabing broke away from the mindset of focusing on single-point transactions, learned to view business from a holistic perspective, incorporated meticulousness into her daily work, and took every document and every set of data seriously to ensure the smooth and orderly operation of the logistics chain.
