When he first started working, Kou Xingxing was also confused by the diverse workpieces and stringent quality standards. Thanks to the strong mentorship atmosphere in the department, his supervisor taught him sandblasting operation skills step by step and explained the key points of processing different materials in detail; his colleagues shared their practical experience generously, teaching him to observe the angle of sand splash to judge the processing effect and avoid product defects. With everyone's help, he quickly shed his newbie naiveté and gradually grew into a technical backbone who could work independently.

Kou Xingxing always keeps standardized operations in mind, strictly adheres to workshop operating procedures, and insists on daily maintenance of equipment. Over the past year, the workshop received urgent orders with stringent process standards. Sandblasting, as a key upstream process, directly affected the overall delivery schedule. With tight deadlines and high requirements, Kou Xingxing and his colleagues took the initiative, working overtime and cooperating to meet the production targets.
