Safety is of paramount importance, concerning not only the stable operation of an enterprise but also the lives of every employee. In his daily work, Cai Guiming adheres to the work philosophy of "prevention first," integrating prevention into all aspects of his work. From on-site safety inspections and equipment hazard investigations to safety training, emergency drill organization, and the dissemination and improvement of safety regulations, he treats every task with rigor and never slackens.
During a routine inspection, he promptly discovered a severely bulging oxygen pipe in the material handling workshop of Plant 1, averting a potential explosion. He also once found gas cylinders improperly placed at the elevator entrance for forklifts, immediately issuing a disciplinary warning. Even when faced with misunderstanding and resistance from his department supervisor, he remained steadfast in upholding the bottom line of safety. He always remembered that safety management hinges on prevention, and every inspection and rectification of every potential hazard is an act of responsibility towards employees and the company, and a demonstration of respect for life.
Courage and responsibility, continuously strengthening the foundation of safety
Facing the new year's work, Cai Guiming transformed this honor into motivation for fulfilling his duties. He insisted on carrying out safety management to a higher standard, reviewed existing weaknesses, continuously improved the safety production management system, identified and addressed shortcomings, consolidated achievements, and solidly built a safety protection barrier for the factory area to protect the lives and health of employees and ensure the stable and orderly operation of the company's production and business.

In Cai Guiming's view, safety management is not a solo effort, but a systematic project requiring the participation of everyone. Only when the concept of "safety in production is everyone's responsibility" is deeply ingrained will the safety defense line be unbreakable. He hopes to build consensus among all employees, encouraging each employee to fulfill their job safety responsibilities, ensuring that they are responsible for their own safety, the safety of others, and the safety of the company.
